| Earrings I made my mom |
I'm slowly moving forward on my ideas, I have made a face book page, its not visible to the public yet as I'm still working on it But i wanted to get it going. I want to sell my pieces on there first and see how I do Before I start selling on Artfire.com or Etsy.com, I have buyer accounts on both they are good sites, But i know they have seller fees, so I want to make sure i have the pricing and shipping down before I move other that way. Ive been working on learning my Jewelry making this week mostly, My Aunt sent me some beads and supplies and Ive using that and what i have for now. She is a very talented Jewelry Maker and it was great of her to send me some stuff [
Strung By Stacy ] this paycheck I'm going to get some of other supplies I need in order to continue my eduction. Right now i only have the supplies for Earrings. I have also asked some of my friends what they're favorite colors and metals are, in an accept to make something different and learn what works and doesn't work for long term wear. I don't want to start selling anything until I think I'm up to Par. This way I can practice, use different styles, without having to find places for all my practice pieces, and they can report back to me about what they think and how the pieces have held up. I need to get my craft area set up soon too, right now I'm just working in the living room at the coffee table which is fine, but with a toddler in the house it would nice to have a more formal storage area. Also I don't think my parents like seeing my craft ideas everywhere. Although I did make a beautiful pair of Earrings for my mom, so maybe that will help for now. I still need some other essential supplies for my card making and need to practice my one stroke painting, I'm thinking of expanding even more later on into other hand made items. But for now My main focus will be on the three things i have already started to learn and have the supplies for, money is tight so i need to learn to work with what i have first.

I also need to make more time to work, during my sons nap times and Bed time or when My husband is home and can watch him or help me with him. Speaking of which My little guy is awake now, so I will have to end my rambling, :) Having a Great Day
